FAQ

ANSWERS TO OUR MOST COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What methods do you use to clean Windows, Conservatories & Glass?
At Premium Clean, we use a combination of tools and equipment to suit your needs. For Window Cleaning, we primarily use a water fed pole system, using pure distilled and filtered water. For interiors and hard to reach places, we use traditional window cleaning tools.
  • Which areas do you cover?
We're primarily Oxfordshire based, but will venture into neighbouring counties if needed. Just send us an enquiry and we'll see if we can help!
  • Are your services insured?
Yes. Being properly insured and having high levels of cover is essential to us at Premium Clean. We will happy provide proof of insurance before works commence if needed.
  • How do I pay if i'm not at home?
We understand that life is busy and the last thing you want is to be waiting at home for a window cleaner. We can pre-arrange any access, and payments can be made via payment link or bank transfer for one off services. We also accept cash. We are very flexible and will try to accommodate your wishes.
  • I don't want my windows cleaned with a pole
Thats fine, we are also happy to provide traditional window cleaning services, provided it is safe for us to do so.
  • I used to be a KKlean Customer
Thats great! We have recently taken over the business from Stephen and are happy to have your custom. If you have any questions or queries regarding your new service provider, please reach out to us on text or email!
